How To Use
1. After cleansing, dispense the BEPLAIN Greenful Balancing Toner onto a cotton pad or the palms of your hands.
2. With the cotton pad, sweep it gently on your skin in an upward and outward motion. If you're using hands, pat the skin gently for optimal absorption.
3. Can be used in the morning and at night.
